Additions to the agenda were called for. There were no additions.† Motion made to approve new agenda by D. Johnson, second by A. Johnson, passed 3-0
The minutes from 10-14-2014 had been sent to all supervisors. A motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes and approve the minutes of the last regular meeting was made by G. Scherzer, second by A. Johnson, passed 3-0.

The board accepted the Board of Canvas results.
The Oath of Office for elected board members David Johnson-supervisor, Richard Toomey-treasurer, Laurie Wilson-clerk, was accepted by the board and signed by deputy clerk Becky Bergerson
David Johnson read two letters received in regards to Shoreline Trail/Big Hill. One was from Lowell Liebenow and Patty Bohnet expressing their concerns in regards to reckless driving on both roadways causing safety concerns and damage to the roadways.
The second was from James Teigland, Fremstad Law Firm representing Rex Kemmer. This letter was in regard to the fact his client felt harassed by the Long Lost Lake Township Board and wanted this to stop, stated legal action may be taken. Also to the fact that rebar had been placed to secure cones defining the edge of the entrance to Shoreline Trail had caused vehicle damage. It was contended that this was an illegal act.
†The board felt no comment was justified on this matter.
C. Final Review and motion to publish 2015 meeting dates
Issue of the Farmerís Independent; second G. Scherzer, passed 3-0.
D. Snow fence on Big Hill
This will be installed as early as this week weather permitting. Greg Scherzer, Ardell Johnson and David Johnson will put it in place.
Dick Toomey and Ardell Johnson attended a meeting of the LaPrairie Township Board on Nov 20th with the purpose of obtaining an agreement with them to pay their share of the bills for work on shared township roads. After some discussion they agreed to pay but stated they would like better communication on this matter. The LLL board agreed it would be an advantage to have better communication and discussed ways to implement communication between the two boards.
Richard Toomey presented a draft worksheet with needed information for the upcoming 2016 budget. It was discussed by the board and will be finalized at the next board meeting.
The board decided to follow the same format as used in previous years.
Meeting was paused to reopen 5. Claims above to submit a claim presented by A Johnson by Bellefy Brushing for work on Big Hill for $275.00. D Johnson made a motion to approve the bill, second G Scherzer, approved 3-0 Claim was added to above list.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by A Johnson, second D Johnson, passed 3-0. Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
