A.      Ardell Johnson will send a letter to Voit Construction, Lindgren Backhoe and Rooney Construction requesting an estimate for the graveling of the township roads. The estimate must be for class 5 gravel at 300 yds per mile and for costs of hauling and spreading.  The township will contact the county to blade the road the day after the gravel is applied.

B.       Dave Johnson will do some checking for the need of and samples of a township road sign policy. He will report to the board after he gathers this information.

C.        Sanding of Big Hill: The hill on Big Hill RD has been sanded 3 times with good success.  There is concern that Shegrud Backhoe will be not be able to continue this service.  Ardell Johnson will check on this and report back to the board.

7.   New Business:

A.  The road inspection tour is scheduled for April 12th at 5:30 pm.  The supervisors will meet at the “Chimney” on Chimney road.

C.       We had a citizen complaint concerning the snowmobile groomer running on the Little Rock Rd that is no longer part of the designated snowmobile trail.  The citizen called the local conservation officer but had not heard back as of this meeting.  The groomer was stopped and the operator stated he was running with his wheels down, not grooming and that he needed to use this road to travel around an area he could not go through because of thin ice.  This road is not within Long Lost Lake Township.  The LLL board has little to say about its use.
